Learn to minimize disruption, decrease acting out, and refrain from replicating family based dysfunction in your classroom. Discover what impact drug use, energy drinks, domestic violence, contact sports, and hostile environments have on kids' brains and what you can begin doing now to offset and potentially reverse the negative effects. Adolescent Current Trends: "For Adults ONLY":

This session provides information for parents, teachers and administrators on the most current high risk behaviors and drugs of abuse. Learn how kids are being negatively impacted by the video games they play and their cell phone use. Discover deadly methods to get high without drugs and how to get high in the classroom undetected. Learn the impact of substance abuse, high risk behaviors and negative environments on developing brains and what you can do in the home and classroom now to offset this.

Advanced Prevention Planning:

Based on the "Community Empowerment Model", this training, with follow-up coaching, provides the tools you need to transform your organization and/or your community at far deeper levels. Begin addressing prevention at its core. Provide an impact beyond quick fix programs and make a more substantial difference!

Improving Cultural Competency:

This lively session will aid your organization in raising individual and organizational awareness, improve relations and begin to show you how to challenge assumptions as we all grow together for greater understanding. (A required course in many states).
